Q43II series hydraulic scrap metal shear baler are applied in steel mills, recycling plants, ferrous & non-ferrous smelting industry to compact scrap metal (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, discarded automobiles, etc) into acceptable furnace charges in the shapes of cuboids, cylinders & octagons. Shear baler has 2 sides big cutting blades, with max cutting range of 45mm diameters, it can be used for automobile car body cutting usage.

1/ Control model：Manual valve (or PLC control)

2/ Discharging method: Front-pushing-out discharging from press box

3/ Baler Press force：lid, main pressure cylinders

4/ Bale shape：cuboid

5/ Wear plate：carburizing and hardening, better anti-wearing; A3 Steel, linked with bolts, can replace each of wear plates; High pressure chamber (8 PCs)：can choose #45 steel, Mn65; Low pressure chamber：can choose #45 steel
6/ Normal spare parts：oil seals, tools; other spares：high-pressure hose；filter core；electrical elements；oil caps
