Why Choose Briquetter?
Y83 series briquetting
press are applied to compress granular-sized metal chips and borings of caste
iron, steel, copper, aluminum and sponge iron into cylindrical-shape briquet
with weight between 2.5
Our Briquetters’ Features:
1.
Manual controlled briquetting press is using welded frame structure, but now
our briquettes machine all use four-pillar structure and automatic control. Its
top and bottom crossbeams are made from cast steel, which make sure long life
term.
2.
Automatic controlled by PLC, can supplied with feeding and discharging
conveyors, to make its production fully automatic. Oil tank can be provided
with cooler to cool down oil's temperature.
3.
It can provide magnetic oil filter, to increase oil's cleaning. In some cooling
places, the oil tank can also provide oil heater, to prevent oil frozen.
4.
Oil sealing for cylinder is using NOK (Japan) brand, it is able to endure high
temperature, pressure, speed, so that it can enlarge its life time.
5.
Traditional machines are using feeding hopper in the side place and pushed by a
feeding cylinder; our machines are using vertical feeding hopper and be feeded
directly.

Working Procedure:
1、Feed material into
vertical hopper by hand or conveyor；
2、Top cylinder push
downward (twain cylinders)；
3、After briquetting, the
horizontal cylinder push briquette out；
4、Cylinders return back,
prepare for next briquetting.
